Seated BB Overhead Press - 125#
I seriously think there's some sort of switch that weights press when they decide they don't want to be lifted anymore - 125# didn't feel terrible, I was actually expecting to surpass my original strict press 1RM at this point, but that extra 5# made a monumental difference - I couldn't get past my head and just rode the struggle bus for a few seconds before bailing valiantly. Damn shoulders.

7:17....again, I unfortunately don't have a video to show you. Let me explain. I searched for the perfect spot where I could film and not be distracting the class before I finally settled on the porch out front. I set up the camera, started the workout, and that realize on my last set of burpees that a gust of wind blew my phone over...so I check to see how much of the workout I recorded... and find an 8 minute video of the ceiling after only like 5 KBS
However, I will say that my time wasn't that great, but I really did make an effort to not break, which I'm prone to do. I think I may have paced the burpees too slow as a result, but the KBS felt great until about 20, at which time it was almost over anyway.
