I'll tell you what....despite almost rupturing an eardrum because my music was so loud, this sucked much less than I thought it would. I was pretty pleased with the pace throughout; less pleased with the residual punishment that sidelined me for two days. Would definitely recommend this workout to others, if only for my own enjoyment of watching the struggle of those last 10 minutes.
